How do I know if my bathroom exhaust fan is working properly

l have a tenant in the upper apartment who has flooded her bathroom three

times.The water has run down into the lower apartment and come through the

get away with buying a new one an switch the guts with a nut driver or

screw driver, the cost around $15-$30. if it is a fan lite combo, it is  
probably double that amount, if it is fan/lite/heat it is going to be a  
lot more. if it isnt that brand you can special order it from an  
electrical supply house.

It Depends on the type if it is like a metal housed sleve that
